Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the related Refund Policy and Privacy Policy published on the website.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Trader / Service Provider

The service is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia.

3. The service

Voice to Song provides tools to upload or record voice audio, generate music and lyrics with the assistance of external AI providers, edit projects in an online editor, and purchase prepaid usage credits when online payments are enabled.

Features may change during the MVP and beta stages. Availability can depend on account status, credit balance, and third-party provider capacity.

4. Credit packages

Credits are an internal unit used to measure consumption of paid operations inside the service. Credits are not money, a bank deposit, a stored-value account, or electronic money.

Credits cannot be freely redeemed or withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, or exchanged outside the service. Eligible monetary refunds of purchases or specific operations are governed separately by the Refund Policy.

Prices and the number of credits in a package are shown before purchase. Purchases of credit packages are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription in the default credit-package billing model.

Credits do not currently expire by an automatic product rule. The operator may change future package offers; changes do not silently cancel unused credits already on your balance except where required by law or clearly communicated for a specific offer.

• Credits are spent when you start a paid operation according to the prices shown in the product.
• Free starter credits, if offered, follow the then-current product offer and may be limited.
• The service may refuse or reverse abusive or fraudulent credit use.

5. Payment processing

When online payments are enabled, payments are processed by Flitt. The final amount and currency charged are displayed at checkout before the customer confirms payment.

We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or internet-banking passwords.

A purchase is considered completed after payment confirmation and crediting of the purchased package to your account balance. If confirmation is delayed, do not repeat the payment before checking your balance and contacting support.

6. AI-generated results

AI-generated music, lyrics, and related outputs can be unpredictable. Similarity to your prompt, uniqueness, commercial fitness, and legal clearance for a particular use are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. The service does not provide a legal opinion on copyright, neighbouring rights, or trademark clearance.

Your rights in outputs depend on applicable law and on the terms of external AI providers used to produce the result. The service does not claim exclusive ownership of your uploaded voice recording solely because you used the service.

7. Voice and uploaded content

You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you provide, including voice recordings, prompts, lyrics, and titles.

• You have the necessary rights and consents to use the voice and audio.
• You will not use the service for deception, unauthorized impersonation, or infringement of third-party rights.
• You will not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Content may be transmitted to external processors solely to perform the requested function and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Turning off a personal AI voice only stops using it for new generations and is not a deletion request. Turning it back on reuses the same ready personal AI voice without a new cloning charge.

Account deletion is initiated from profile settings. After confirmation, the account is immediately unavailable for generation, voice upload, and purchases. Original personal voice recordings are deleted from our storage, and a request to delete related voice data is sent to the AI provider. Provider-side deletion may take time and is tracked separately. We may retain a minimal audit trail for consent evidence, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Final account deletion completes after related provider deletion requests are processed. We do not promise immediate deletion at the provider or from all backups.

8. Failed operations and refunds

9. Availability

The service is offered as an MVP / beta product. Temporary unavailability, degraded performance, queue delays, and provider outages may occur.

External authentication, hosting, storage, and AI providers affect speed and availability. Continuous uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

10. Eligibility

The service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing of their data or enter into the applicable agreement without permission from a parent or guardian.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on the website or communicated through another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
